Make sure to process your list of new prospects as often as possible moving them out of the new prospects list into callbacks, new members or disqualified to keep your new prospects easy to access and call in the best possible sequence. The new calling system will automatically sort this order for you based on their status timezone the user selectable best time to call options and your timezone. The order is in reverse order of who has been waiting the longest. We did this to make sure you don't wait too long to call any of your prospects. If you find that you have old prospects in your list mark them with a call action and process them so the system will show you your freshest leads! This method keeps you from ever forgetting any contacts and will make your follow up more productive!
