Here are the steps to cancel your team marketing system account powered by HomeOfficePro.
NOTE: You need to use the web version of the application
( this is not available on the mobile app )
Step 1: Login to your account. (if you forget your password you can retrieve it using the forgot password feature on the login page)
Step 2: Click "My Settings"
Step 3: Click "Update Credit Card"
NOTE: Do not fill out the credit card form at this step
Step 4: Click "Cancel Order"
Step 5: Follow the on screen instructions.

When I log into my account I do not see "my settings" or a "update credit card" option. Just profile settings

Same issue here. I have been being billed for three years. It seems that customer support can update everything else but not provide information here for people having this issue? Your organization is making it hard to cancel on purpose.
