Desktop:

Step 1 - Click contacts

Step 2 - Search for the contact

Step 3 -  Click the update status dropdown

 

 

How to update the status of a contact in the Mobile App:

Step 1 - Search for the contact

Step 2 - Click edit

Step 3 - Change the status from the status dropdown menu
